WorldCast can retrieve messages from pop accounts and process them. Once you set the "reply-to" address of some WorldCast mailing to your pop account, WorldCast will be able to:

  • ÷   
      ÷Include the sender into the mailing;
    • ÷Remove the sender from the mailing;
    • ÷Unsubscribe the sender from the mailing;
    • ÷Subscribe the sender from the mailing;
    • ÷Mark the address in WorldCast database as Bad, Good or Unsent;
    • ÷Remove the sender's email.

    You process the messages by creating rules:  
     
  • ÷
      ÷If the message has specific words in the "from" box;
    • ÷If the message has specific words in the "to" box;
    • ÷If the message has specific words in the "cc" box;
    • ÷If the message has specific words in the "to" or "cc" box;
    • ÷If the message has specific words in the recipient's address;
    • ÷If the message has specific words in the sender's address;
    • ÷If the message has specific words in the subject;
    • ÷If the message has specific words in the body;
    • ÷If the message has specific words in the subject or body;
    • ÷If the message has specific words in the message header;
    • ÷Returned mail: User unknown;
    • ÷Returned mail: Mailbox full;
    • ÷Delivery time expired;
    • ÷Warning message;
    • ÷Apply to all messages;
    • ÷Apply if no previous conditions were satisfied;
